We can help in this area too and we always look at a client’s existing provider to ensure that they do not charge fees to move home. We often move a client’s mortgage from property to property to ensure that they do not have any extra costs and this is called porting a mortgage. If there are not any fees for the client to move mortgage provider we will then look at the whole market for the best product that suits their needs and fits with the lender’s affordability calculator.

We work with new build properties to ensure that the mortgages are offered within 28 days to ensure that the deadline is met,  and carry this urgency onto used properties so that client’s concerns are eased as quickly as possible.
Help to Buy:

Our mortgage advisors 
have been helping clients with their knowledge of help to buy products and applications since its launch.  Their knowledge of the Help to buy application process from application to authority to proceed (ATP) have enabled house builders to avoid any potential delays. Jonathan Williamson, one of our leading adviser's actually submitted the first help to buy application to complete in the UK for Taylor Wimpey.
